The Project Coordinator works with the Optus sales team, customers, technical experts and subcontractors to facilitate project rollouts and installations from start to finish. This includes reviewing SOWs, creating and maintaining project plans and schedules, scheduling technicians, documenting progress, ensuring all deliverables have been met, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work with internal team members, customers and subcontractors to make sure that in the process, project cutovers go smoothly. This can be a remote position if you do not live within daily driving distance of our office in Jonesboro, AR.
This is a second shift position with working hours from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Occasional travel to offsite customer locations as needed. Ability to read, write, and communicate orally and written to external and internal customers and employees. Normal vision and normal hearing with or without correction. Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the workday. In this position, you will need to move around the job site or office, occasionally ascend and descend a ladder to install cabling, remain in a stationary position, and continuously position yourself to pull cable or reach cabling in tight, low places throughout the day. Must be able to perform tasks requiring hand and feet coordination and repetitive hand and wrist motions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse group of internal and external customers
- Possess an in-depth understanding of customer specific account requirements and ensures SoW compliance.
- At the start of each shift, perform a follow-up call with the tech to confirm arrival and necessary tools.
- Review upcoming projects for material arrival, tech assignment and understanding of the SOW with all stakeholders.

- Review SOW with Tech and Network Team
- Review the inventory needed with the tech
- Set expectation that once the Optus SOW is complete, the tech is to remain onsite as smart hands for the network engineers and only leave when released
- Project calls
- Have full knowledge & understanding of the project scope
- Understand components of cabling, infrastructure, and network equipment
- Ability to make decisions to ensure project completion and success
- Project deliverables review for project QA and project close out.
- Perform QA review of photos submitted on recently completed projects.
- Models appropriate behavior in regards to Optus’ Core Values and Code of Ethics policies and supports Optus’ team approach to quality to drive Optus forward
- Other duties or tasks assigned by Management
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2-3 years hands-on experience installing cabling, racks, infrastructure, and network equipment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- A keen attention to detail and great organizational habits are mandatory
- This position requires the successful candidate to be able to multi-task, work within externally developed deadlines, and work within an environment with changing priorities
